JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a U.S.-based towing company operating within the AAA Northeast network as an Independent Service Provider (ISP). Our company handles roadside assistance and towing services and has built a strong reputation for reliability and performance.
We are now launching a dispatching company that will support towing companies and roadside providers across the United States. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and become a key part of our operations team.

-What You'll Do:
Dispatch and coordinate tow truck drivers
Monitor jobs from dispatch through completion
Communicate with drivers and customers via calls and chat
Handle delays, reassignments, and escalations
Keep accurate job notes and follow dispatch SOPs

-What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Reliable, detail-oriented, and good at quick decisions
Knowledge of cars, vehicle types, and towing is a big plus
Experience in dispatching, BPO voice, or roadside assistance is an advantage

-Work Setup
Remote | Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) ? Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Must be available U.S. hours (night shift PH time)

-Compensation & Growth
Starting Rate: $3.00 – $5.00 per hour
Your rate is based on your experience and skill level coming in. This is not a flat rate — we believe in paying more for performance, and we back that up:

-60-90 days: Performance review — rate increase based on quality, speed & reliability
-Full-time transition: Higher base rate as you take on more responsibility
-Ongoing: Performance bonuses and incentives on top of your hourly rate

If you perform well, your rate goes up — it's that simple.

-How to Apply
Submit your resume and a 1–2 minute video where you answer this question:
"A driver calls mid-job — the vehicle is an AWD SUV but he only has a wheel-lift truck. The customer is already waiting. What do you do?"

Subject line: Towing Dispatcher – [Your Name]
