We're now looking for an exceptional leader to oversee and elevate our Appointment Setting Department.

This is not an entry-level management role.

We're looking for someone who can build people, drive performance, create culture, solve problems, and help our team consistently book qualified appointments for our sales department.

The Mission

Your mission is simple:

Build and lead a world-class appointment setting team that consistently fills our calendar with qualified women who need our help.

You will be responsible for:

* Leading and developing our setter team
* Improving daily performance and KPIs
* Coaching setters to become top performers
* Reviewing conversations and providing feedback
* Monitoring lead quality
* Improving booking rates
* Creating accountability systems
* Driving team culture and morale
* Hiring, onboarding, and developing future setters

This role sits directly between Marketing and Sales and plays a critical role in company growth.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days:

? Setter response times consistently under 20 minutes

? Team booking targets achieved weekly

? Increased offer-to-booked conversion rates

? Strong daily accountability systems implemented

? Consistent coaching and performance reviews

? Improved setter confidence and conversation quality

? Clear reporting and visibility across all KPIs

Your Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Development

* Lead daily setter huddles
* Conduct coaching and performance reviews
* Develop training materials and SOPs
* Help setters overcome objections
* Build confidence and communication skills
* Create a positive, high-performance culture

Performance Management

* Track KPIs daily
* Monitor booking numbers
* Review conversations and lead handling
* Identify bottlenecks and performance gaps
* Create action plans for underperformers

Recruitment & Onboarding

* Assist with hiring new setters
* Conduct interviews
* Train and onboard new tea ---------- mbers
* Ensure all new hires meet company standards

Sales Alignment

* Work closely with the CEO and closers
* Ensure leads are properly qualified
* Improve appointment quality
* Monitor show-up rates
* Continuously optimize the client journey

Systems & Operations

* Improve workflows and efficiency
* Refine SOPs and processes
* Ensure CRM accuracy
* Monitor reporting dashboards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance incentives.

Compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and proven results.
