Contract-to-Hire · 100% Remote (Philippines) · US Mountain Time Hours
About Us & the Role
We are a fast-growing roofing and exteriors company serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across several US markets (Denver, Wyoming, Chicago, and Eastern North Carolina). We operate our own custo
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator / RevOps Specialist to help manage and improve our CRM ecosystem. This is a specialized role, not a general data-entry position, and you will not be working on your own. You will join a dedicated RevOps team alongside our US-based administrators, with an in-house DevOps engineer handling custom code and API development, so you can focus on doing excellent work within HubSpot. Your work will be collaborative and reviewed, you will have access to senior expertise to learn from, and you will take on increasing ownership over time.
We are hiring on a contract basis to begin, with a clear path to full-time for the right person. The contract period gives both sides a chance to confirm it is a strong fit.
What You'll Do
Administer HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs — workflows, custom properties, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, lists, segmentation, and user management.
Build and optimize workflows — including cleaning up and streamlining bloated or redundant automations so our systems stay fast and reliable.
Build reports and dashboards that give leadership accurate, trustworthy visibility into the funnel and operations across multiple locations.
Help consolidate and unify our HubSpot environment as we grow and acquire — working toward one clean, consistent experience across brands and locations.
Maintain rigorous data integrity — deduplication, data quality, and reporting accuracy that holds up to scrutiny.
Take over ongoing QuotaPath administration — comp-plan maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day upkeep — to offload this recurring work from senior staff. (Already integrated; this is operational ownership, not a setup project.)
Manage our connected toolstack — PandaDoc, CompanyCam, SalesRabbit, QuotaPath, and our marketing-technology providers — keeping native integrations healthy and data flowing cleanly.
Partner with our in-house DevOps engineer on integrations and data movement. You won't build the custom middleware that transforms data between systems, but you should be able to speak knowledgeably about how that data flows and collaborate effectively on it.
Scope and execute build-outs and projects with growing independence, from requirements to ship.
Work within two-week sprints in ClickUp, managing your own tasks and deliverables.
Partner on AI initiatives as we implement AI across our systems to speed up delivery.
Document processes and create SOPs so the systems you build are durable and well-understood.
Expert Collaboration. Ability to communicate, respond, and ask questions through tools such as Zoom, Loom,
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
3+ years hands-on HubSpot administration / RevOps experience, ideally spanning Marketing, Sales, AND Operations Hubs.
Proven ability to architect properties and pipelines and build, troubleshoot, and optimize sophisticated workflows.
Comfort managing HubSpot's native integrations and collaborating with technical teammates on data flows. (You won't be writing custom code or building APIs — we have a DevOps engineer for that — but you should understand how the pieces connect.)
Excellent written and spoken English — you can gather requirements, explain technical concepts clearly, and communicate proactively with a US team.
A process-driven, detail-obsessed approach to data and documentation.
A collaborative, coachable mindset — you take direction and feedback well and raise your hand when something's unclear.
Comfort working in an agile / sprint workflow and a task manager (ClickUp ideal).
Ability and willingness to work US Mountain Time business hours (see Schedule below).
Nice-to-Haves
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, Revenue Operations, Reporting, etc.). These are free — a motivated admin usually has several.
Experience consolidating or migrating multiple HubSpot portals (multi-brand, multi-location, or acquisition-driven).
Experience supporting roofing, home-services, or field-sales organizations (door-to-door and virtual sales models).
Hands-on experience with QuotaPath, PandaDoc, CompanyCam, or SalesRabbit.
Experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate operations.
Familiarity with custom-coded workflow actions (JavaScript/Python) — a bonus, not a requirement.
Schedule & Engagement
Engagement: Contract to start, with a clear path to full-time for the right fit.
Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Mountain Time, eventually building to 40 hours/week. We can flex the start/end by up to about an hour. Please note: this corresponds to roughly 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Manila time — a night-shift role.

An example of a time you cleaned up, optimized, or fixed a messy workflow or CRM — what was wrong and what you did.
Whether you've ever consolidated, migrated, or merged multiple HubSpot portals (multi-brand, multi-location, or acquisition) — and what that involved.
Whether you've administered QuotaPath or a similar commission/compensation tool, and to what depth.
Which HubSpot integrations and connected tools you've managed, and how you've collaborated with technical teammates when deeper integration work was needed.
Confirmation that you're able to work US Mountain Time hours.
Any HubSpot certifications you hold, plus links to a portfolio, case study, or short Loom walkthrough if available.
