AI Video Generating & Editing for local service based clients

We are US high performance marketing agency, looking for an EXPERIENCED Video Content Producer who specializes in creating high-converting video ads for service-based businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, windows & doors, home remodeling, and other home service niches.. Qualified Candidate MUST UNDERSTAND that strong video intro/hook is the most important part of the paid ad type of video.

During our intro meeting you must show us the videos with a strong, catchy hook+video must relate to local service business. We are not interested in seeing any e-commerce videos or influencer's videos or any social media post videos.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are only interested in candidates who have previously created video ads that were used in paid advertising campaigns for service-based businesses and these video performed very well.

What would be your daily work?

* Create compelling AI-generated video ads from concept to completion.
* Write engaging scripts tailored to specific services and target audiences.
* Develop multiple hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches for the same service.
* Create attention-grabbing openings that capture viewers within the first 3 seconds.
* Produce videos designed specifically for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid advertising platforms.
* Research competitors and develop innovative ad concepts that stand out in the market.
* Continuously test new creative approaches and trends to improve ad performance.

Requirements

* Proven experience creating video ads for service-based businesses.
* Strong understanding of direct response marketing and paid advertising.
* Ability to independently develop concepts, scripts, hooks, and storylines.
* Excellent storytelling skills and understanding of consumer psychology.
* Deep understanding of what captures attention in today's social media environment.
* Experience using AI video creation tools and AI voice technologies.
* Ability to create multiple creative angles for the same service or offer.
* Self-motivated, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
