Commercial Concrete Estimator (Full-Time, Remote)

We're a US-based commercial construction marketing & operations company supporting concrete and commercial contractors. We're hiring an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to take ownership of estimating and bid follow-up for our contractor clients.

This is not a junior data-entry role, we need someone who can read commercial plans and produce accurate, defensible estimates without heavy hand-holding.

Responsibilities:

Review commercial plans and specs to create detailed estimates and takeoff proposals with full pricing
Break down material lists by scope (concrete, rebar, forms, labor, etc.)
Prepare clean, professional bid proposals ready to send to general contractors
Follow up with contractors after bids are submitted using our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track bid status, answer questions, and move bids toward close
Keep estimate and follow-up records organized and up to date in our system

Qualifications:

Multiple years of experience writing commercial concrete estimates (required)
Strong ability to read and take off commercial plans/blueprints
High attention to detail — pricing errors cost real money on commercial bids
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (you'll be communicating directly with US contractors)
Comfortable learning a CRM system (GoHighLevel) for follow-up tracking
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home work setup
