Broker's Price Opinion/Office Assistant

-Applicant must be able to meet deadlines, be very computer savvy, ALL work involves computer.

-Must type at least 50 words per minute (you will be tested) and own your own computer with constant high speed internet.

-MUST have Broker's Price Opinion Experience.

-MUST be able to start working 11AM PHP time.

-Most of work will focus inputting all subject data, finding comps (within client guidelines) and inputting into their system, making adjustments based on differences and writing explanations for exceeding client guidelines if needed, correct any Quality Control Issue, etc.

-Other duties includes: data entry, answering calls, working on offers, transaction coordinating, marketing, etc.
