Dispute Manager

Greatgoodie LLC is a fast-growing fashion dropshipping company that generated $12M+ in revenue in 2025. We operate multiple Shopify stores across international markets — US, UK, Germany, France, Australia, and Canada — with a remote team of 24+ professionals spanning marketing, product listing, creative production, customer service, and operations.

We are looking for an experienced Dispute Manager to join our team full-time. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in handling PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks.


Must-Have Experience
3+ years handling PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks
Proven win/loss rates and claim rate reduction track record
Strong knowledge of e-commerce policies and payment disputes
Ability to analyse dispute trends and adjust workflows
Fluent English — written and spoken


Responsibilities
Manage and respond to PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks efficiently.
Develop and implement workflows and strategies to increase win rates.
Track and analyse win/loss and claim rates, continuously refining processes.
Identify patterns and take proactive steps to reduce disputes.
Collaborate with CS and fulfilment teams to prevent disputes before they arise.
Maintain accurate records and performance reports.


Requirements
Available Monday to Sunday, including team calls.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
