About Us
We are building an AI-powered real estate acquisition company focused on acquiring properties through creative financing strategies, including seller financing, subject-to transactions, and off-market acquisitions.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Operator who can help build and run the entire acquisition engine.
This is NOT a data-entry VA role.
We are looking for someone who can think, solve problems, take ownership, and help drive deals from lead generation through appointment setting.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
* Pull targeted lists using PropStream and other data sources
* Identify absentee owners, vacant properties, tired landlords, pre-foreclosures, inherited properties, and high-equity owners
* Research and validate property data
* Skip trace owners and maintain clean contact information
CRM Management
* Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM
* Track lead status and pipeline progression
* Create and maintain automated workflows
* Ensure all lead data remains accurate and current
Seller Outreach
* Manage SMS campaigns
* Manage
* Monitor AI-generated conversations
* Respond to seller inquiries
* Schedule appointments with motivated sellers
Lead Qualification
* Conduct initial conversations with property owners
* Gather information regarding:
* Property condition
* Motivation to sell
* Timeline
* Mortgage balance
* Equity position
* Interest in seller financing or creative financing
Reporting
* Provide daily KPI reports
* Provide weekly acquisition summaries
* Track:
* Leads generated
* Conversations
* Appointments set
* Qualified opportunities
* Contracts generated
Required Experience
MUST HAVE:
* Real estate acquisition experience
* Real estate wholesaling experience OR investor support experience
* Strong English communication skills
* Experience with PropStream
* Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
* Experience with SMS outreach
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently
