Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Sydney Time

About the Role

We are an Australian-based company seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our business by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments. The ideal candidate has experience handling inbound and outbound calls, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with prospects and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
* Handle inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads.
* Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, email outreach, and online research.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
* Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
* Update and manage lead information in the CRM system.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead statuses.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.

Requirements
* Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
* Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
* Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace is preferred.
* Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and backup internet source.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
