This position combines bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and property performance reports.
The ideal candidate should be able to maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly property reports, analyze expenses and profitability, identify unusual (utilities etc.) trends, and provide clear financial summaries and recommendations to management.

Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
* Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
* Track expenses by property
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
Property Financial Reporting
* Prepare monthly property performance reports
* Track rental income and expenses by property
* Monitor maintenance and repair expenses
* Identify unusual or excessive expenses
* Help owners understand property profitability
Operations & Administrative Support
* Track insurance policies and renewal dates
* Review insurance quotes and summarize coverage differences
* Track utility accounts and recurring bills
* Follow up on open tasks and unresolved issues
