General Virtual Assistant for E-commerce, Pinterest Marketing & Online Store Growth

Our names are Dion and Katelyn and we run an e-commerce business. We are a small but growing online business, and we are looking for an amazing Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow long-term.

We currently have an e-commerce store and are looking to grow traffic through Pinterest, improve our blog, build our email list, and eventually build additional online stores.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, creative, and excited to grow with a business over time.

Your Role Will Include:

* Maintaining and updating our e-commerce store
* Adding products to our online store
* Helping with product descriptions, images, and collections
* Pinterest marketing and pin creation
* Scheduling Pinterest pins
* Researching Pinterest trends, keywords, and competitors
* Helping drive traffic from Pinterest to our store and blog
* Assisting with blog posts and content formatting
* Helping us grow our email list
* Creating or helping organize simple lead magnets and opt-in ideas
* Basic customer service
* Order fulfillment support
* Competitor research
* Social media management
* Canva design and basic graphic design tasks
* Website design updates and small changes
* Helping build and launch additional stores
* Helping me with small jobs and administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:

7. Ability to think for themselves and solve problems
8. Experience or interest in Pinterest marketing
9. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, PicMonkey, or other design tools
10. Experience managing social media
11. Experience with Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
12. Experience helping customers or handling customer service
13. Basic understanding of blogs, SEO, or content marketing is a plus
14. Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or similar is a plus
15. Comfortable learning new tools and following step-by-step instructions

You do not need to be an expert in everything, but you must be dependable, teachable, and willing to learn.

What We Are Building

We are not just looking for someone to complete random tasks. We are looking for someone who can help us build systems, grow traffic, organize content, improve our store, and help launch new online stores over time.

The main focus areas will be:

* Growing traffic from Pinterest
* Improving our e-commerce store
* Growing our blog
* Building our email list
* Helping create more stores and online assets

Work Schedule

This position may start part-time, but we are looking for someone who can grow into a long-term role with more hours over time.

We are looking for someone who is available consistently each week and can communicate clearly about what they are working on.
