I'm currently expanding my e-commerce business and growing a network of Etsy stores. I'm looking for motivated and reliable tea ---------- mbers who want to join the journey for the long run and help build something meaningful together.

We're building a small team of people who enjoy learning, creating, solving problems, and growing alongside a business that's constantly evolving.

What We'll Be Working On Together

• Discovering new product opportunities and market trends
• Creating and improving Etsy listings
• Using AI tools for content, design, and creative projects
• Developing images, videos, and marketing materials
• Growing and optimizing multiple Etsy stores
• Building systems, improving processes, and scaling the business
• Exploring new ideas and opportunities as we expand

Pay & Growth Opportunities

• Starting rate: $300/month
• Performance-based bonuses and opportunities to increase earnings as the business grows
• Ongoing training in AI, e-commerce, automation, content creation, and business development
• The chance to take on greater responsibility and grow into larger roles over time

Who Might Be a Great Fit

• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Communicates well in English
• Curious and eager to learn new skills
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Interested in being part of a long-term project and growing alongside a team

Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, PhotoRoom, CapCut, Etsy, or similar tools is a plus, but not required. What's most important is attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement.
