Director of Short-Term Rental Operations (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Director of Short-Term Rental Operations to lead our growing vacation rental portfolio.
This is a leadership role for a strong operator who takes charge, makes decisions confidently, holds people accountable, and gets results. We are not looking for someone who is timid, overly passive, indecisive, or afraid of difficult conversations.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of short-term rental management experience
Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role
Exceptional written and spoken English
Neutral or near-neutral English accent
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing staff, vendors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and guest issues
Able to solve problems independently without constant direction
