Virtual Assistant – Instagram Reels Manager (AI + Social Media)

We are looking for a creative, smart, and highly motivated Virtual Assistant
to manage a high-volume Instagram Reels operation across multiple client accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Find and select viral Reels with high engagement potential
- Use AI tools to modify and repurpose content
- Post Reels across multiple Instagram accounts (step-by-step tutorial provided)
- Write engaging captions using Instagram's built-in editor
- Match content with trending viral audio
- Write optimized descriptions and hashtag sets for every post
- Hit a daily target of 75 Reels published

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Comfortable using paid AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Captions, etc.)
- Can solve problems and troubleshoot independently — no micromanagement here
- Creative eye for what performs well on social media
- Highly organized, able to build your own daily workflow
- Experience with Instagram or social media content is a big plus
- Fast learner who takes initiative
