Brand Design & TikTok Content Specialist for Cosmetics Startup

We are building a cosmetics/skincare brand using white-label products and are looking for a creative, fast, and commercially-minded person to help us test multiple brand concepts.

This role is not just graphic design. We need someone who can think like a brand builder, understand packaging, create strong social media content, and help us test which product concepts have the best chance of selling through Shopify and TikTok Shop.

You will help us create different brand/concept ideas, including product packaging designs, Shopify visuals, TikTok content ideas, social media posts, and advertising creatives. The goal is to test multiple concepts quickly, identify the most promising ones, and then scale the winning brand.

##Responsibilities

* Create cosmetic/skincare brand concepts from scratch
* Design product packaging concepts for white-label skincare/cosmetic products
* Create clean, premium-looking product labels and mockups
* Build visual directions for different brand ideas, including colors, fonts, layout, and overall aesthetic
* Create social media content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and TikTok Shop
* Help plan viral-style TikTok content angles, hooks, scripts, and ad creatives
* Support Shopify store design, product page layout, banners, and brand visuals
* Research competitor skincare/cosmetic brands and identify design/content trends
* Help us test different concepts quickly and improve based on feedback

##Ideal Candidate

You should have experience with some or most of the following:

* Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or ecommerce brand design
* Packaging design, label design, or product mockups
* Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
* Shopify store design or ecommerce product page design
* TikTok, Instagram Reels, short-form video content, or UGC-style content
* Social media ad creatives and viral content strategy
* Branding for startups or direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands

You do not need to be perfect at everything, but you must be smart, reactive, creative, and willing to move fast.

* Fast at producing concepts
* Good at taking feedback
* Able to research trends independently
* Interested in ecommerce, TikTok Shop, and beauty brands
* Good at testing ideas instead of overthinking everything
* Reliable, organised, and proactive
* Able to communicate clearly in English

## First Test Project

Before hiring full-time, we would like to start with a paid test project.

For the first concept, we may ask you to create:

* 1 skincare/cosmetic brand concept
* 1 logo or brand direction
* 1 product label/packaging concept
* 2–3 product mockups
* 3 TikTok content ideas or ad angles
* 3 social media post concepts
* Basic Shopify product page design direction

If the test project is strong, we would like to hire the right person full-time.
