JOB OVERVIEW

We're a performance marketing agency that runs paid social campaigns at scale, looking for an entry-level media buyer with a creative eye for short-form video.
No experience needed — just a sharp instinct for what makes a hook stop the scroll on Meta, TikTok, and Reels. We'll teach you the buying side.
What you'll do:

Help concept and brief short-form video ads (UGC hooks, talking-head, fast cuts)
Review campaign reports and understand what's working
Launch, manage, and replicate campaigns across different accounts on Meta
Read the numbers (ROI, profit, spend, CPA, ROAS) and tie them back to the creative
Test hooks and angles fast, scale the winners
Work closely with the creative team and communicate directly with the CEO

We're looking for someone detail-oriented, creative, and fast, comfortable learning data-based platforms and spotting which campaigns, hooks, and topics are performing well.
