We are a Swiss performance marketing agency serving French-speaking businesses (SMEs). We build high-converting websites, landing pages, and e-commerce stores — not templates, not cookie-cutter sites. Every project must look custom, feel premium, and convert.
We're looking for a key tea
This is not a job for someone who drags and drops Starter Templates and calls it done.
This is a full-time, dedicated position. We are NOT looking for freelancers, part-timers, or project-based workers. You work exclusively with us — no side clients, no splitting your time. If you're looking for a gig or a side project, this is not it.
If you currently work for another employer or agency — do not apply. We need someone 100% available and 100% committed from day one. This is not a "second job."
What You'll Build
Business websites (5–30 pages) with strong visual hierarchy and conversion architecture
Landing pages optimized for Google Ads and Meta Ads traffic
WooCommerce stores with product catalogs, filtering, custom single/archive templates
Elementor Pro templates with dynamic content, custom loops, and clean responsive design
Speed-optimized pages (Core Web Vitals green across the board)
All client-facing content is in French. You don't need to be a native speaker — you can use AI tools to assist. But you MUST understand three disciplines:
Copywriting — You know what makes a headline work, how to stack benefits, how to handle objections in text, and how to write a CTA that earns the click. You can write hero sections, subheads, body text, and product descriptions that sell.
Design — You understand visual hierarchy, whitespace, typography, contrast, and layout patterns. You build pages that guide the eye and feel intentional on every device.
Conversion & CRO — You know WHY elements are placed where they are. Above the fold, trust signals, social proof, urgency — you think in terms of what makes a visitor take action, not just what looks nice.
If you don't understand all three, this role is not for you — please don't apply. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you need to get how these work together and be willing to sharpen your skills using AI tools every single day.
French copy must read naturally — AI-assisted is fine, but the output must feel like a native wrote it. We review, we give feedback, we refine together. But you bring the first draft, not us.
Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must have minimum 3–5 years of proven, professional experience and demonstrated portfolio results in ALL of the following:
Elementor Pro — Advanced. Custom widgets, theme builder (header/footer/single/archive), motion effects, custom CSS, responsive editing across all breakpoints. Not just "I know Elementor."
WooCommerce — Full store builds. Product setup, variable products, category architecture, custom templates for shop/single/archive, payment gateway integration, shipping configuration.
Visual Design & Layout Hierarchy — You understand whitespace, typography pairing, visual weight, F-pattern/Z-pattern scanning, CTA placement, contrast ratios. You can look at a design and KNOW what's wrong before being told.
CSS & Light PHP — You can write custom CSS without Googling every property. You can modify a
Page Speed Optimization — Image optimization (WebP/AVIF), lazy loading, font optimization, plugin audit, caching configuration. You know what render-blocking means and how to fix it.
Mobile-First Responsive Design — Not "it works on mobile." It must LOOK intentional on mobile. Custom breakpoint adjustments, touch-friendly UI, no horizontal scrolling, no overlapping elements.
SEO Fundamentals — Proper heading hierarchy (H1?H2?H3), alt tags, internal linking structure, schema markup awareness, clean URL structure.
AI-Powered Workflow — You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate your work: drafting copy, generating layouts, debugging code, optimizing images, researching competitors. You don't just "know about AI" — you use it daily and it makes you faster. If you're still doing everything manually, you're too slow for this role.
GA4 & Tracking Integration — You can set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event configuration. You understand how pixels work (Meta, Google Ads), how to verify they fire correctly, and how to debug tracking issues.
Strong Plus (Not Required, But Will Set You Apart)
Figma ? Elementor conversion experience
Experience with booking/appointment plugins
Experience with multilingual setups (WPML or Polylang)
Cloudflare configuration basics
What We Provide
Brand direction, conversion goals, and target audience briefs for each project
Reference designs or competitor examples when relevant
Review and feedback on your copy and design before delivery
A proprietary Elementor workflow plugin that accelerates your build process
Direct Slack/Telegram communication — no micromanagement, no pointless meetings
Long-term stability — this is not a project gig, this is a partnership
What We Expect
Pixel-perfect execution. If something is 3px off, you notice it before we do.
Proactive communication. If something is unclear, you ask BEFORE building the wrong thing.
Speed without sloppiness. A standard business website (8–12 pages) should take you 5–7 working days from brief to delivery, not 3 weeks.
Ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do next. You see what needs fixing and you fix it.
Technical Setup Requirements
Stable internet connection: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (we will verify via speed test)
Laptop or desktop capable of running Elementor Pro, Chrome DevTools, and multiple tabs without lag (minimum 8GB RAM, SSD)
Backup power solution (UPS or generator) — if your power goes out mid-project, you must be able to continue or communicate immediately
Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary connection)
Quiet workspace for video calls
Compensation & Growth Path
Starting rate: $600–$750/month USD depending on proven skill level.
Clear salary milestones based on performance, not time:
Start: $600–$750/month
6 months (KPIs met): $900–$1,000/month
12 months (consistent performance): $1,200+/month + project bonuses
We also offer project-based bonuses for fast, high-quality delivery.
After 3 months: 10 paid vacation days per year (2 weeks — aligned with European standards). Philippine public holidays observed.
Paid via Wise or PayPal. Full-time (40 hrs/week), flexible schedule within reason. We care about output, not clock-watching. But you must be available for real-time communication during at least 4 overlapping hours with Central European Time (CET).
We're not looking for someone chasing the highest paycheck today. We're looking for someone hungry, skilled, and ready to grow into a Design & Build Project Manager role as the agency scales — leading projects, managing timelines, and owning client delivery end to end.
First 30 Days — What Success Looks Like
These are the expectations for your first month. If you meet them, you're in the right place. If not, we part ways — no hard feelings, but no second chances.
Deliver your first complete website (8–12 pages) within 7 working days of receiving the brief
Respond to messages within 2 hours during overlapping CET hours
Deliver mobile-responsive pages that require zero revision on responsiveness
Demonstrate autonomous problem-solving: research, d
Show you can write French copy that needs minor corrections, not rewrites
Confidentiality & NDA
You will have access to proprietary tools, client data, internal processes, and agency strategies. Before starting, you will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
This is non-negotiable. Everything you see, build, or learn inside this agency stays inside this agency. Sharing client information, internal tools, workflows, or strategies with anyone — including other employers or clients — is grounds for immediate termination.
Terms
2-week notice period from either side
All work produced during employment is the property of the agency
All client access (WordPress, hosting, tools) will be revoked upon termination
If performance expectations are not met within the first 30 days, employment ends immediately with payment for days worked
HOW TO APPLY — FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY
Applications that don't follow ALL steps below will be automatically rejected.
Step 1 — Subject Line
Your message subject must be exactly:
"BUILDER-2026 — [Your First Name]"
Any other subject line = instant reject.
Step 2 — Portfolio
Send links to your 3 best websites — the ones that make you proud. The work you'd show if you had 30 seconds to prove you're the real deal. Not 10 links, not "here's everything I've done." Your top 3.
These must be sites YOU built entirely on your own — design, build, and content placement. Not sites where you "participated," "contributed," or "helped the team." If you didn't own it from start to finish, don't include it.
For each one, include:
The URL
One sentence on what the client's business does
One sentence on what YOU built end to end
Whether the site is mobile-optimized (we will check)
Do NOT send Behance/Dribbble mockups. We want live, functioning websites.
Step 3 — Availability
State your earliest possible start date and whether you currently have other clients or employers.
What Happens Next
We review applications (expect 48–72 hours)
Shortlisted candidates get a video call
Selected candidate starts immediately on real client projects
Do not apply if you plan to outsource our work to someone else. We will find out, and we will terminate immediately. We are hiring YOU, not your team.
