TooCut Health is looking for an Influencer Recruiting & Affiliate Manager to help us grow our women's wellness supplement brand.

Your primary responsibility will be finding, recruiting, onboarding, and managing female creators who can promote our products through TikTok Shop, Instagram, affiliate links, and other creator partnerships.

We are primarily focused on recruiting women in the:

* Beauty
* Wellness
* Lifestyle
* Fitness

spaces with U.S.-based audiences.

You will be responsible for:

* Finding creators
* Contacting creators
* Following up consistently
* Coordinating product shipments
* Managing creator relationships
* Tracking creator performance
* Helping creators get activated and posting content

We currently use tools such as:

* Influencers.club
* TikTok Shop
* Shopify Collabs
* Instagram

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with creators.
