AI Creative Producer (Remote, Long-Term)

Who We Are
We are a Swiss creative studio working at the intersection of AI-driven content production, brand strategy, and social media marketing. You need to adapt quickly to any brand and any industry. We produce AI-generated product photography, Instagram carousels and stories, lifestyle visuals, social ads, and AI video content.

What You'll Do
• Execute creative briefs from the Art Director with precision — style, format, and brand guidelines are fixed
• Produce product imagery, lifestyle visuals, carousels (8–10 slides), stories, static ads, and video content
• Work independently at production-ready quality — you d ---------- which tools get you to our outputs
• Iterate on feedback — re-render specific slides, adjust compositions, tighten executions

Must-Have:
• Fluent English — written and verbal, working language of the studio
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation (Higgsfield, Midjourney, GPT Image, Flux, or equivalent) — what counts is your skill and your portfolio, not the number of years
• Proven e-commerce experience — you have previously produced ad creatives for Shopify shops, DTC brands, or comparable setups
• Strong portfolio of AI-generated brand work, ideally product or lifestyle content
• 1-2 references from past clients or studios (email + LinkedIn is sufficient)
• At least 3 hours of daily overlap with CET working hours (e.g. ca. 14:00–17:00 PHT)
• High production speed without quality loss — you deliver as fast as possible, but never at the expense of quality. Speed is a core standard for us, not a bonus
• Reliable, async-friendly remote communication

Nice-to-Have:
• German language skills (working level)
• AI video experience
• Specific DTC experience (fragrance, beauty, skincare preferred)
• Prompt engineering fluency — consistent outputs, not just lucky shots

How you get to clean outputs is up to you — as long as the result holds up.

Compensation & Setup
• Trial period: First week as a paid probation phase. We d ---------- fast — if it works, we move to permanent employment or a retainer. If it doesn't, we part ways cleanly
• Communication: Async-first — daily updates via ClickUp or Slack, weekly 30-min sync call, Loom videos instead of long meetings
• Location: 100% remote
• Start: ASAP
• Compensation: Discussed individually, based on experience and setup preference
