Internal Sales Agent / Appointment Setter (FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED) – US Marketing Agency

About Us:

Remo Connect is a US-based marketing agency that partners with remodeling companies across the country, including roofing, kitchen and bath, windows, siding, and other home improvement businesses. We run their Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads, but what sets us apart is that we don't just hand off leads and walk away. We manage the entire process of turning an interested homeowner into a booked, confirmed appointment where our client can show up, give an estimate, and close the deal.

About the Role:

This is a core service delivery role, not a generic call center job. You'll be a critical part of how Remo Connect delivers results to our clients, directly involved in the journey every lead goes through:

- A homeowner sees one of our ads and fills out a form expressing interest in a remodeling project.
- They're given the option to book an appointment themselves on a calendar for our client to come out and quote the job.
- This is where you come in. For leads who don't book themselves, you'll call them, build rapport, understand their project, and get them scheduled for an appointment with our client.
- For leads who do book themselves, you'll call to confirm the appointment is still on, make sure they're prepared, and handle any rescheduling if plans change.
- The result, our client shows up to a confirmed, qualified appointment ready to bid the job and close the sale.
- Every call you make directly impacts whether our clients get business from their ad spend, so this role sits right at the heart of the value we provide.

What You'll Need:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent
- Experience using GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/dialer platforms)
- General call center, telesales, or appointment-setting experience
- Strong phone presence, confident, friendly, and persistent without being pushy
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work US Eastern or Central business hours, full-time

Nice to Have:
- Experience in home services, remodeling, or contractor-related industries
- Experience working with US-based clients/companies
