Senior Real Estate Video Editor (Premiere Pro) | Up to PHP 100,000 per month

We are a real estate video and media company based in Melbourne, Australia. We shoot and edit listing videos, agent profiles, and social content for some of the best agencies in the city. We are growing, and we are building a small team that takes the craft seriously and gets better every single week.

We are looking for one full time video editor who is incredible at real estate editing. Not good. Incredible. We want to look at your work and feel something.

What you will do:
You will edit real estate listing videos, social reels, and agent content in Adobe Premiere Pro. You will colour correct every video so it looks clean, warm, and high end. You will cut to music with rhythm and feel. You will deliver work that needs almost no changes from us. Some videos take five hours. Some reels you can finish seven in five hours. Across a full week you may edit up to twenty videos.

The standard we hold:
Every asset is delivered inside 24 to 48 hours. Colour is consistent and beautiful. Pacing feels professional. You catch your own mistakes before we do. You take feedback without ego and you apply it the first time.

Hours:
This is a full time role on Melbourne time, roughly 9am to 5pm. The hours are flexible but you must be online and responsive during our day. We send updates throughout the day and we need you to reply, not disappear. If you have read this far, begin your application with the word ORANGE so we know you actually read the brief.

What you must have:
Strong English, written and spoken. Fast and stable internet. A computer that runs Premiere Pro smoothly with no lag. Real skill in colour correction. A portfolio with real estate work in it, not just weddings and corporate clips. Most of all, we want someone who wants to be part of a team that is always learning and pushing the craft forward.
We do not care how many years you have been editing. We care about your work. Your portfolio d ---------- this, not your resume.

Pay:
Up to PHP 130,000 per month for the right person, based on your skill and your portfolio.
