JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
1) Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing, with a valid Supreme Court Roll of Attorneys number
2) Must be comfortable working 3PM - 7PM Pacific Standard Time (British Columbia Canada)
3) proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal (C2 level required)
4) ultra strong organization and administrative skills
5) strong research skills
6) proficient in Microsoft excel

The role:
Due to privacy sensitivity this role is only available to a registered lawyer, however it is not a pure legal role. You would be working as a property administrator for a 42 unit apartment building in Victoria BC, handling:
- tenant communications (both phone calls and emails)
- document management and organization
- marketing units for rent, communicating with prospects, scheduling showings, screening applicants
- must become highly familiarized with the British Columbia residential tenancy act and ensure all communications are in compliance and utilizing the framework available in order to achieve our objectives
- must handle and navigate tenancy disputes and arbitration processes
