## The Role
You'll be the founder's **Personal Assistant + Lead Response Specialist**.
**Your #1 job:** Respond to new leads within 1 minute, warm them up via text (and occasional calls), and book them into our calendar.
You don't need to hard sell. You're the friendly first contact, not the closer.
We need someone who can cover a wide daily availability window (up to ~16 hours) using their phone and laptop. You won't be working nonstop — but you must stay alert to lead notifications and respond fast during your shift.

## Responsibilities
**Lead response & nurture**
- Monitor inbound leads (SMS / WhatsApp / CRM) during your shift
- Respond to **100% of new leads within 1 minute**
- Start friendly text conversations, ask simple qualifying questions (location, home size, timing, budget) using our scripts
- Make short warm-up calls when needed (no closing, no pricing negotiations)
- Book qualified leads into the founder's calendar
- Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
- Run simple outbound follow-ups to older leads using our templates
**Personal assistant / admin**
- Manage the founder's calendar
- Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) organized: tags, notes, pipeline stages
- Light inbox triage: flag important messages, archive the rest
- Simple admin tasks (spreadsheets, checklists, documenting processes)

## Schedule & Availability
- You won't be actively working every minute, but you must:
- Cover a long daily window (up to ~14 hours) aligned with US Pacific Time — for example, **5 AM – 8 PM PT** (which is **10 PM – 2 PM PHT the next day**)

## Requirements
- Based in the **Philippines**
- Excellent written and spoken English — clear, friendly, professional
- Fast, reliable internet (fiber preferred) + smartphone for instant notifications
- Backup power and/or backup internet (brownout-ready)
- Comfortable texting and calling US homeowners
- Highly responsive, organized, detail-oriented
- **Plus:** BPO, real estate VA, or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred (OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, or agency background all welcome)

## What Success Looks Like (after 30-day ramp-up)
- Responding to 100% of new leads within 1 minute during your shift
- Running daily follow-ups on all open leads
- Consistently booking qualified appointments for the founder
- Calendar and CRM stay clean, accurate, and up to date
- Proactively reminding the founder of key tasks and appointments
Strong performance = pay raises and bonuses tied to booked jobs and retention.
