Sales Manager

American Company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale all sales activities with remote teams across our growing specialty contracting business focused on architectural acoustics, soundproofing, and noise control solutions.

This role will manage:

Architectural Sales Assistants
Lead qualification & follow-up
CRM and pipeline management
Proposal coordination with estimators
Revenue forecasting and sales KPIs

We are looking for a strong leader who can build systems, improve accountability, and help transition the company to a scalable revenue-driven company.

Requirements
5+ years in B2B and B2C sales
3+ years managing sales teams
Experience in construction, architectural products, or specialty contracting preferred
Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
