## About Us

Sunset Surf is a fast-growing clothing brand selling premium embroidered coastal hoodies. We are scaling through Shopify, Meta ads, creator content, product launches, and brand trips.

We are looking for a creative photo ad designer who can design high-performing static ads for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and other paid/social channels.

This role is focused on creating simple, clean, high-converting photo ads using product photos, lifestyle photos, creator images, review screenshots, product details, and ad copy.

## Role Overview

We need someone who can create strong static ads that feel premium, scroll-stopping, and on-brand.

You will help turn our products, photos, reviews, and marketing angles into ad creatives that can be tested in Meta ads.

The goal is not just to make pretty designs. The goal is to create photo ads that get attention, communicate the value of the product quickly, and help drive purchases.

## Main Responsibilities

* Design static photo ads for Meta/Facebook/Instagram
* Create product-focused ad creatives
* Create lifestyle/photo-based ad creatives
* Create review/testimonial ad creatives
* Create sale, restock, launch, and best-seller ads
* Create embroidery/detail-focused ads
* Create simple ad variations using different hooks, headlines, layouts, and images
* Resize ads for different placements when needed
* Keep designs clean, premium, and easy to read
* Work with provided product photos, creator photos, brand assets, and ad concepts
* Organize final creatives in folders
* Create multiple variations for testing
* Follow brand direction and improve based on ad performance feedback

## Tools You Should Know

You should be experienced with:

* Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator
* Designing for Meta ads

* Basic direct response ad design
* Working with product photography
* Creating multiple creative variations quickly

The exact weekly volume can be discussed based on your availability, pricing, and speed.

We need someone who can create designs that quickly communicate why someone would want the hoodie, such as:
