No nonsense web developer needed immediately!

Please Read This Completely! I want to start out by telling you a little about myself. I am a serial entrepreneur who lives in the state of Florida in the United States. I am 33 years old and I own and operate 13 companies. Some of the companies include a book publishing company 3 marketing companies and several brick and mortar businesses. I am young, aggressive and I work fast. I don’t tolerate excuses or missed deadlines.  I want to be very up front an honest with you I have hired 3 VA’s in the past 3 weeks an none of them have meat my expectations. Frankly I am tired of going through this headache. I consider myself a fair but demanding person. I am very successful in my businesses because I demand much of myself and those that work for me. I am looking for a full time person that’s 40 hours a week work. I say that because one of the people I hired felt that they could work three 40 hour a week jobs at the same time. I will not tolerate this and I will terminate a person on the spot no warnings and no second chances. I also require you to have your own internet connection no internet café. I require a Skype meeting 2 times a week at a time of my choosing. I also require you to send me daily email reports on the work you have accomplished what you need to finish and what work you will complete the following day. The email requirement is not optional; if you didn’t not deliver them to me on a constant basis you would be terminated.  I require you to work the time that I work. This means that you will work from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday through Friday. I do this because I don't have time for the 12 lag! I need you available to me on skype when you are working. I also use a website called myproject plans.com to organize projects I am working on. So you would be required to login to the site daily an update the status of the projects including adding items to the projects that need to need to be completed. I am currently working on 6 new projects and I don’t have time to teach anyone. If for example I tell you to create a word press site I don’t won’t an email from you saying “a how do I do that” trust me I have received an email that said that. You need to have skills with data base management, member ship site creation, php and again word press. I need someone who can do more than just create a wordpress site you should be able to modify the site beyond the basic frame work.  I am looking for a super star someone who goes far beyond my expectations. I am looking for a long term employee a minimum of 3 to 5 years is my idea of long term but possibly longer. I am looking for a team member someone I would be proud to have on my team. A superstar is someone who I can tell people I have a person who can handle that. The starting salary for this position will be $400.00 a month but will go up very quickly depending on your job performance. I am a huge believer on personal responsibility so your job salary will be entirely dependent on you and your job performance.  I also pay bonuses for exceptional work and I do pay for the 13th month. I am looking for a serious hard working person. I have not time for games if I have to tell you more than one time to do something I’m not going to tolerate it. I have very little patience for excuses and I don’t tolerate them.  I realize I don’t know you and you don’t know me so I will pay you by PayPal mass pay on a weekly basis for the first month then after that I will pay you for one month every two weeks. Finally I will pay you monthly. I use PayPal mass pay because it cost you nothing on your end. As I said before I am a fair person I am available to answer any question you might have. I won’t leave you on your own to figure out thing. But I do expect you to be a problem solver and if you have a problem attempt to figure it out on your own. If you are interested in working for me then I have outlined below the steps you will need to take. It is vital that you follow my instructions carefully as this is your first test. If you don’t not follow my instructions I will not consider you for employment. So please do not waste your time.  Please send me a new email the title of the email should be Why I am a superstar. In the email I need you to explain to me why you think you are a superstar. Why you think you are the person I should hire and how I would be better off by having you as a member of my team.  This email should be more than one sentence long if you want me to take you seriously. You say you are a web developer so it is absolutely vital that you send me links to websites you have created. I must see your portfolio so I can see the work you have done.   If you complete the above two requirements and I like your responses an work.  I will contact you a setup a Skype meeting with you. The Skype meeting will be a video meeting so a camera is absolutely necessary. If you don’t have a camera I cannot consider you for this job so don’t bother asking.  Also when we set the Skype meeting I would expect you to be on time for the meeting. If you fail to show up on time or you are late I will not consider you for the job no exceptions. If you are hired you will start work immediately so I would need to know if that would be a problem for you. I hope you understand everything clearly if you have any question please let me know. Please be aware that none of my terms are negotiable. I have had too much trouble in the past with VA’s that are unwilling to work and I will not tolerate it.
