JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to handle billing operations for our US-based Outpatient Treatment Center. This is a critical role supporting the financial health of a behavioral health/substance abuse treatment provider.

Required Experience:
- US healthcare revenue cycle management, specifically for Outpatient Treatment Centers
- PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) billing
- Billing compliance for behavioral health/substance abuse treatment services
- Calling insurance companies for VOB (Verification of Benefits) and obtaining authorization/approval for services
- Single Case Agreements (SCA) negotiation and management

Preferred (a strong plus):
- Provider credentialing experience (payer enrollment, CAQH, re-credentialing)

Software/Systems Experience — please list all that apply in your application, including:
- ---------- (our primary EHR — direct experience here is a major plus)
- Any other behavioral health EHR/billing platforms you've used (e.g., Kipu, Sunwave, Alleva, BestNotes, etc.)
- Clearinghouses and billing software you've worked with (e.g., Availity, Office Ally, Waystar, etc.)
- Any practice management or CRM systems

What we need from you:
- Strong understanding of behavioral health payer requirements and timely filing rules
- Ability to manage the full revenue cycle: eligibility/VOB, authorization, claims submission, denials/appeals, payment posting
- Clear communication and accurate documentation

Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time. Must be available to work during US Mountain Time (MST) business hours.
