About Us

We are a growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Offshore Controller to lead our accounting, accounts payable, and revenue cycle management functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized finance professional who understands both U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations and accounting best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, accounts payable oversight, cash flow management, revenue cycle performance, and supporting executive leadership with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial accuracy.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
Establish and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
Accounts Payable Management
Oversee the complete Accounts Payable process.
Manage vendor onboarding and vendor relationships.
Review, approve, and process invoices.
Schedule and manage vendor payments.
Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
Monitor cash requirements and payment schedules.
Improve AP workflows and internal controls.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Oversee healthcare billing and collections operations.
Monitor claims submission and reimbursement processes.
Manage denial tracking, appeals, and resolution.
Review AR aging reports and collection performance.
Ensure accurate cash posting and payment reconciliation.
Identify and resolve revenue leakage opportunities.
Monitor key RC ---------- trics and performance indicators.
Work with billing teams to improve collections and reduce denials.
Leadership & Reporting
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.
Create monthly KPI dashboards and management reports.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
Support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and consultants as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
Experience managing Accounts Payable and vendor payment operations.
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar accounting systems.
Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers, physician groups, home health, behavioral health, or medical practices.
Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager experience.
