What you'll be doing:
Lead generation: Pull distressed property lists (pre-foreclosure, probate, tax-delinquent, absentee owner, vacant/high-equity) from county records, PropStream, and free sources
Skip tracing: Run batches to get accurate owner contact info
Cold calling & texting: Reach out to motivated sellers, qualify interest, and book follow-ups for me
CRM management: Keep REsimpli (or Podio) clean and current — every lead tagged, every follow-up scheduled
Comps & analysis: Run ARV and repair estimates to help evaluate deals
Disposition support: Once we're under contract, help market the deal to our cash buyers list
What I'm looking for:
2+ years of real estate wholesaling experience (acquisitions, cold calling, or disposition)
Strong, confident phone presence — comfortable handling objections and building rapport with motivated sellers
C1/C2 English — sellers need to understand you clearly and feel at ease
Experience with REsimpli, Podio, Mojo, BatchDialer, or similar wholesaling CRM/dialer tools
Comfortable with PropStream, skip tracing platforms, and basic comps/ARV analysis
Self-directed — I need someone who can run the pipeline with minimal hand-holding once trained
Bonus: experience working Midwest/Illinois markets, though not required
