Spanish Graphic Designer

We are hiring a FULL time Spanish Content Creator & Graphic Designer to help create viral TikTok Shop slideshow posts.

Please note this is NOT an easy job. If you are not skilled or dedicated please do not apply for this.

Your main job will be creating image-based slideshow content that sells the dream first and then introduces the product. You will be provided with inspiration pages, winning examples, products, and content ideas.

This is NOT a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for someone who understands TikTok, marketing psychology, AI tools, and what makes people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities:

* Create TikTok slideshow posts using images and text
* Write compelling Spanish text overlays that sell the dream, transformation, and benefits
* Create AI-generated images when needed
* Edit and improve existing images
* Follow proven slideshow structures and winning formats
* Research inspiration pages and replicate successful concepts
* Create multiple variations of winning slideshows
* Organize completed content for posting

Requirements:

* STRONG Spanish and English
* MUST have access to iPhone/Apple emojis
* Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design software
* Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, ChatGPT Image Generation, etc.
* Good understanding of TikTok and short-form content
* Strong marketing mindset
* Attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and feedback
* Reliable internet connection
* Good communication skills
* Available 2–4 hours per day
* Available 7 days per week (MANDATORY)
* Can receive payments through PayPal
* Based in the Philippines or a similar timezone preferred

Bonus Skills:

* TikTok Shop experience
* Direct response marketing knowledge
* Copywriting experience
* Experience creating Spanish content
* Experience with e-commerce brands

Pay:

$2–4/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. We run multiple high-volume TikTok pages and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
