About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients interested in growing their childcare businesses.
Your role is to engage potential clients, understand their needs, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to help childcare centers attract more families and grow their enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily
Engage prospective clients through phone,
Understand business and marketing needs
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects
Weekly
Deliver qualified appointments and leads to the sales team
Share insights and feedback from prospect conversations
Monitor activity and performance metrics
Monthly
Review performance goals and development opportunities with your manager
Identify ways to improve engagement and appointment conversion rates
Quarterly
Participate in training and coaching sessions
Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and scripts
What We're Looking For
You Are:
An excellent communicator with strong spoken and written English
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Goal-driven and motivated by results
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Positive, professional, and customer-focused
Preferred Experience
Appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, telesales, or inside sales experience
Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, CRM, Pipedrive or similar
Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers is an advantage
Childcare-setting experience
Education
High school diploma required
Relevant business qualification preferred
Technical Requirements
Intel Core i7 (or equivalent) with 16GB RAM or higher
Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download)
High-quality noise-cancelling headset
HD webcam
