(310) ---------- We are a dynamic construction company in Los Angeles seeking a highly skilled Construction Office Administrator / Document Controller to join our team. This role is crucial in managing bonds, insurance, loans, and coordinating with multiple crewsso experience in the construction industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and organize all construction documents (plans, permits, bonds, insurance, loan paperwork, contracts)
* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure timely completion of documents
* Work closely with insurance companies and loan providers to secure documentation and approvals
* Track multiple projects, ensuring bonds, insurance, and loan paperwork are accurate and up to date
* Support fast-paced office operations and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ensure all documentation adheres to U.S. construction standards and compliance

Requirements:

* Proven experience in the construction industry (mandatory)
* Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
* Deep understanding of U.S. construction processes, including bonds, insurance, and loan coordination
* Fast reading, quick typing, and strong multitasking skills
* Proficient in digital document management (PDFs, spreadsheets, email)

Preferred:

* Familiarity with construction project management tools (Procore, ---------- , Buildertrend)
* Knowledge of loan processing and insurance coordination in the U.S.
