Graphic Designer VA

Toronto Blooms (Overhead: Gift Group Canada) is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce websites. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with product images, digital assets, Shopify uploads, email campaigns, and occasional design or video-related tasks. Responsibilities:
Post-edit product photos completed by the photography teamOrganize digital assets, including website images and product files
Upload edited images to Shopify
Manage and post weekly email campaigns across different websites
Occasionally create and edit videos
Edit packaging files and design-related assets
Assist with clerical tasks when needed during peak season
Work with different teams and adapt to changing task priorities
Will have to give a weekly updates/progress to managers

Requirements:
University / College Graduate
Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
Fast learner
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Must pay great attention to detail
Experience with email campaigns is required
Basic video editing knowledge
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
Experience with Capture One is a plus
Experience with Figma is a plus
Able to communicate and collaborate well with other tea ---------- mbers
Must be flexible with assigned tasks
Must have strong and stable internet for uploading and downloading large files
Must have a computer capable of handling image editing, design, and video tasks
Required to use timetracker (Webwork)

Work Schedule:
8:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine Time
Equivalent to 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
