We're looking for a creative and reliable YouTube Video Editor to help produce high-quality videos and Shorts. If you have a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and engaging edits, we'd love to work with you!

Responsibilities
Edit 3 20 min long-form YouTube videos per week.
Source Broll to edit into the video
Add smooth transitions, captions, sound effects, and background music.
Color correct and enhance video quality.
Create engaging edits that increase viewer retention.
Meet deadlines and communicate consistently.
Follow brand style and editing guidelines.

Requirements
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of YouTube trends and audience retention.
Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits.
Attention to detail and willingness to make revisions.
Portfolio or examples of previous work.
Bonus Skills
Motion graphics (After Effects).
Thumbnail design.
Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content strategy.

Pay
