Fully-Time Tech Savvy Graphic Designer

JOB TITLE: Full-Time Graphic & Web Designer

SHIFT: 8:20 AM EST – 4:20 PM EST (Monday–Friday) Note: The 8:20 AM EST clock-in time is strict and essential for this role.
HOURS: 40 Hours per Week
SALARY: $400 USD per Month

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a US-based digital marketing agency looking for a creative, forward-thinking Full-Time Tea ---------- mber to join our design department.

We need someone to handle our Graphic Design needs (both Print and Digital) as well as Website Design. You must be comfortable working with WordPress, preferably with Elementor.

We highly prefer someone who can work comfortably and efficiently with Canva for day-to-day digital assets, but you must still be fully proficient with Adobe software (like Photoshop and Illustrator) for more complex design work.

Tech & AI Savvy: You lean into modern tools and are highly comfortable leveraging AI technology to optimize your design process and efficiency.

Strong Communicator: Excellent English communication skills are required. We hold quick, daily meetings for project reviews where clear updates are crucial.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

GRAPHIC DESIGN (PRINT & DIGITAL): You will handle all visual assets. This includes designing Print materials (flyers, menus, brochures with correct CMYK/bleeds) and Digital assets (social media posts, ad banners, thumbnails) using a mix of Canva and Adobe software.

WEBSITE DESIGN: You will design and update responsive website pages and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.

BRANDING: Ensure all designs match our brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Mandatory), while also being highly comfortable working in Canva for design planning, presentation, collaborative works, and quicker tasks.

Proven experience in Graphic Design and Website Design (WordPress/Elementor).

Comfortable utilizing AI technology within your creative and administrative workflows.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Reliable PC and Internet connection capable of running heavy design software and stable video calls smoothly.
