About Us
We're a well-established Swedish e-commerce company with multiple consumer brands sold both through our own Shopify stores and in major Swedish retail chains. We have proven products, strong sales history, and we're scaling aggressively — new product lines, expanding retail partnerships, and growing ad budgets. The machine is running; we need someone exceptional to accelerate it.

The Role
You'll own our creative strategy and advertising pipeline. You work directly with the founders and lead 1–2 newly hired video editors.
What you'll do:

Analyze ad performance data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, ROAS) and turn insights into winning creative angles
Research competitors — reverse-engineer their ads, funnels, and positioning
Develop creative briefs, scripts, and concepts for video and image ads
Direct and mentor editors to produce high-converting creatives
Build and maintain a structured creative testing system
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Kling, Runway, Firefly, CapCut) to accelerate ideation and production
Provide weekly strategic recommendations to the founders

Growth opportunity: If you also have Shopify experience — product pages, store optimization, Liquid/HTML/CSS — there's a clear path to taking full ownership of the entire brand, including the store. More responsibility = a bigger share of the upside.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar role
Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and direct-response advertising
Ability to read ad data and translate it into actionable creative decisions
Experience writing creative briefs and directing video editors or designers
Excellent written English
Self-driven and comfortable making decisions independently
Bonus: Shopify experience, Google Ads/Shopping, CRO, Nordic market experience

Hours: Minimum 20h/week to start, scaling toward full-time
Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: Base salary + 10% profit share
