What would you be doing:
- Create and maintain digital platform accounts in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Perform routine administrative and operational tasks based on established processes.
- Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify information and ensure all records are properly updated and organized.
- Monitor task progress and ensure assignments are completed within required timelines.
- Communicate proactively regarding task updates, clarifications, or operational issues.
- Support the team with various administrative and operational activities as required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management team.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Comfortable performing repetitive and process-driven tasks.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms.
- Highly responsible and committed to meeting deadlines.
