Personal Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a dynamic and dedicated personal virtual assistant for a freelance work.

Job Description:
- Facebook and Instagram Management
- Create 1 blog article on Facebook and Instagram with photos every week
- Make a Powerpoint/Keynote presentation for Photography workshop.
- Design marketing collaterals (poster, banner, handouts) for social media
- Research for potential photo/video event gigs
- Assertive in providing ingenious ideas
- PROMPTLY communicate with me via Facebook Messenger, Viber, or Slack.
- Manage my personal and work calendar.
- Act as my Executive Assistant.
- Use Google Drive as our central space.

This role is not exhausting or stressful. You just need to manage time and meet deadlines. I am enthusiastic in giving incentives to freelancers who show great performance.


Job Requirements:
- multi-skilled freelancer
- basic skills in photography, videography, and graphic design
- knows the business management principles
- must be a college degree holder
- knows Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, and the likes.
- must know how Facebook and Instagram ads work
- should know customer service basics
