Experienced CPA / CMA / Bookkeeper for the US market

I need someone to play catchup with our books using USA tax laws, and making sure books match previous tax returns etc. People that know the tax law inside and out, and know how to use it to help small businesses succeed(legally pay less taxes by using the money to invest and grow the business itself and other things like that) - ability to get more money into the business- grant finding/applications would be great but not necessary. The biggest thing we are looking for is a self starter - QuickBooks online expert - willing to work part time starting out - could evolve to full time.
