Create AI Social Media Content (AI UGC, Slideshows, etc)

We’re hiring Virtual Assistants to help fulfil social media campaigns for Fastlane, our AI content platform and managed content agency.

Fastlane helps brands create and run networks of TikTok and Instagram accounts. When a client comes to us, we build a content strategy for them, create the accounts, generate content inside Fastlane, schedule the posts, review performance, and communicate with the client on Slack.

The work would involve helping with:

- Creating content strategies for clients
- Planning the types of accounts we should run for each client
- Creating content inside Fastlane
- Scheduling posts across TikTok and Instagram
- Helping manage client communication in Slack
- Reviewing what content is working and suggesting improvements

Everything is done inside Fastlane, and we will train you fully on how the platform works.

To explain the work more clearly, for each client we usually create a network of accounts. These are commonly:

AI influencer pages: For example, if the client is a fitness app, we might create a persona like “Sophie Gym,” generate images of Sophie using Fastlane, and then create videos of Sophie promoting fitness, routines, workouts, diet tips, and other relevant content.

General theme pages: These are broader niche pages, such as fitness tips pages, ---------- pages, educational pages, or trend pages. On these accounts we post a mix of AI UGC videos, ---------- s, slideshows, product demos, and high-retention text-based videos.

The process usually looks like this:

1. A client comes to us and wants daily content.
2. We create a strategy showing which accounts we will run, what each account’s angle is, and what kind of content will be posted.
3. The client approves the strategy.
4. We create 7 days worth of content inside Fastlane.
5. We schedule the content inside Fastlane.
6. We track what performed well that week, and once the 7 days are up, we do it again

You don’t need to know Fastlane already. We’ll train you on everything. But it would be helpful if you’re comfortable with TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, short-form video, ---------- s, AI tools, and client communication.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, reliable, fast to learn, and comfortable working with clients over Slack.
