Metrics Monitoring: Track post performance and engagement data to continuous optimize posting schedules.

Platform Compliance: Strictly adhere to Reddit's rules and subreddit-specific guidelines to protect long-term account health.

Position Requirements
Technical Setup: High-speed internet and a dedicated smartphone for mobile-app operations.

Specific Hardware: Daily access to a dedicated iPhone 8 or iPhone X for mobile-first optimization and testing.

Platform Expertise: Prior experience navigating Reddit, with a solid grasp of how the "Karma" system works.

Availability & Professionalism: Ability to commit to a consistent 8-hour daily shift, follow detailed SOPs, and maintain strict confidentiality.
