(SKILLED ONLY) AI Creative Designer (META ADS) – Premium Brand Creatives – $7/hour

We are looking for a talented AI Creative Designer to help create high-converting image ads for our premium cookware brand.

This is not a traditional graphic design role and it is not a simple Canva job.

We are looking for someone who understands prompting, branding, advertising psychology and visual storytelling.

Your main responsibility will be creating image ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) using AI tools. You should be able to take a product image, a creative idea or a competitor reference and turn it into a premium advertisement that stands out from the competition.

We are not a dropshipping store. We are building a real brand and want creatives that reflect that.

What You'll Do

• Create image ads for Meta

• Create premium product scenes and advertising concepts

• Create UGC-style images

• Create feature and benefit images

• Generate AI product photography

• Write and improve prompts

• Turn creative references into original concepts

• Create multiple variations for testing

• Work independently with minimal guidance

Requirements

• Strong prompting skills

• Experience creating Meta ad creatives

• Good understanding of branding and direct response advertising

• Experience with ChatGPT

• Experience with Canva

• Experience with Nano Banana

• Experience with Higgsfield

• Experience with AI image generation tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Good English communication skills

• Fast turnaround times

We care more about the quality of your work than the specific tools you use.

Compensation

Starting rate: $6 per hour

After a successful onboarding period and consistently delivering high-quality work, your rate will increase to $7 per hour.

The position starts as part-time but can grow into a full-time role depending on performance and workload.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term.

Trial Assignment

Shortlisted candidates will receive:

You will be asked to create several image ad concepts that match our brand and advertising style.

We are looking for premium, scroll-stopping creatives that feel unique to our brand, not generic ecommerce ads.
