Senior Travel Advisor

We're a boutique luxury travel firm headquartered in New York City, designing bespoke, once-in-a-lifetime journeys for ultra-high-net-worth clients around the world. Think private islands, superyachts, royal suites, and itineraries built around ---------- nts money can't usually buy.

We're growing fast and looking to urgently fill five key roles. All positions are remote-first, but if you're based in New York, London, or Paris, let us know when you apply, as we also have physical offices in those cities and you may have the option to work onsite.

A few things that apply across every role:
-- Training straight from the top. You'll be trained personally by our CEO, learning exactly how we operate at the highest level.
-- You'll help build something lasting. Once you've learned the ropes, you'll help us document and build out our internal SOP Playbook, the library of systems and processes that will run the company.
-- Schedule: Training takes place during EST hours. Once training is complete, we'll discuss a shift schedule that works best for you, which may align with PH time or Central European time depending on the role and your location.
-- Pay: In USD, based on your experience and rate.
-- 3-day paid trial period. If selected, you'll start with a paid 3-day trial so we can both see if it's the right fit, looking at trainability, adaptability, work ethic, and how you think on your feet. If our CEO sees you're a good fit, we move forward together.

SENIOR TRAVEL ADVISOR (Remote)

Be the architect behind unforgettable journeys. As a Senior Travel Advisor, you'll design and manage bespoke, high-touch itineraries for our ultra-high-net-worth clients, from luxury accommodations and private transportation to once-in-a-lifetime experiences, while serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of VIP clients who expect nothing less than perfection.

What you'll do:
-- Design end-to-end luxury itineraries tailored to each client's taste, pace, and preferences
-- Source and coordinate luxury accommodations, private transportation, and exclusive experiences
-- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of VIP clients, building long-term trust and rapport
-- Provide real-time, on-trip support so clients feel taken care of at every step
-- Anticipate client needs before they have to ask

What we're looking for:
-- Senior-level experience strongly preferred, ideally with prior travel agency experience; luxury travel experience is a major bonus
-- Unshakeable trustworthiness and discretion. You'll be handling sensitive details for VVIP clients, so confidentiality is non-negotiable
-- Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive (not buckle) under a fast-paced, high-pressure workload
-- Proactive. We need someone who can be trusted to run independently once trained
-- Sharp critical thinking. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
-- Excellent written and spoken English with a polished, neutral accent (this role is client-facing)
-- Adaptable, quick-thinking, and comfortable making judgment calls under pressure
