About Us:
We're Funnel Blends, a lead generation agency working with home service businesses across the United States. We work in deep partnerships with 8 active clients where we own the entire creative engine — which means we produce a high volume of ad creatives every week, and we need them done right.

We're looking for someone to join our team long-term. This starts part-time, but for the right person, this role grows into a full-time position with significantly higher pay and a Creative Strategist title within 6-12 months.

The Role:
You will produce approximately 30 ad creatives per week (around 120 per month) using AI video generators, voice cloning tools, and standard video editing software. We provide the scripts and creative briefs. You produce finished, ready-to-publish video ads.

What You'll Do:

-Generate 30 ad creatives per week from scripts and briefs we provide
-Produce a mix of formats: Pixar-style 3D animated ads, owner selfie-style cuts, split-screen comparison videos, b-roll layered creatives
-Source and edit b-roll that matches the script and brand
-Maintain character consistency across multi-scene videos (this is critical)
-Add captions, voiceovers, music, and final exports
-Deliver finished ads by deadline, ready to drop into Meta Ads Manager
-Communicate proactively about what's working and what isn't

Required Skills:

-A portfolio of AI-generated video ads you have personally produced. No portfolio, no consideration. This is non-negotiable.
-Hands-on experience with AI video generators (Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Sora, Seedance, Runway, or similar)
-Strong eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll vs. what looks like AI slop
-Knowledge of vertical 9:16 format for Meta Reels, Instagram, and Facebook
-Ability to source quality b-roll fast (Pexels, Storyblocks, Pixabay)
-Video editing experience in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
-Fluent English (written and spoken)
-Reliable internet connection and ability to hit deadlines without being chased
-Self-starter mindset

Big Plus:

-ElevenLabs voice cloning experience
-Past experience producing ads for home service businesses
-Character consistency workflow knowledge in AI video tools

Compensation:

Month 1: $5-$10 USD per finished ad creative depending on length and complexity while we evaluate your work
Month 2: Salary + Bonuses
6-12 months: Full-time potential at $1,500-$2,500+ USD as you grow into Creative Strategist responsibilities
