We are an Australian accounting firm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations.
This role involves a combination of administrative, bookkeeping, and basic accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
General administrative support, including
Data entry and bookkeeping using Excel, MYOB, and Xero
Assisting with basic individual tax return preparation (training provided)
Maintaining accurate client records and files
Supporting the accounting team with day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
At least 2 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Familiarity with MYOB (Xero experience is highly regarded)
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
