Ruby programmer (Also: Regex and MySQL skills)

We're looking for someone with the ability to code in Ruby. Note: you do not need to know Ruby on Rails. Just straight Ruby. You should also know how to use regular expressions.

The ideal candidate is great at Ruby already. But we will consider someone who codes well in other languages well (and knows Regex / MySQL) but has enough experience with Ruby that he or she can quickly make the change to using Ruby on a regular basis.

Description: Regular, on-going contract work that'll amount to approximately 40 hours per week, working at a fairly quick pace. You'll be working with an established company that has had teams of workers from the Philippines for years, where many of the individual contractors have worked with us for 5 to 10 years already.
