Customer Service Representative for Online Business

Looking for a dependable customer service representative who can be available 2 times a day (once in the AM, once in the PM), for ~25 minutes, 7 days a week. Answering e-mails, fulfilling replacement orders & processing refunds. No phone conversations with clients necessary -- strictly online.
