Looking for 1-2 strong English writers to tailor my cover letters and resumes to my field: public sector, sustainable development, environmental policy, environmental program management, policy analysis, international development, data analysis, economic development, etc. You will earn $400/month to write 80 strong cover letters and optimized resumes.

Technical details as follows:
1. I will provide a list of companies I want to work for, your goal is to check them daily to see if there are any jobs I am eligible for (e.g. years of relevant experience, relevant fields, education). Also check on LinkedIn, Indeed, ImpactPool, and other job-aggregators.
2. Perform the below tasks for four jobs daily,
3. Tailor my cover letter and resume (to 4 jobs/day) using the keywords listed in the advertisement, and send me all cover letters and resumes before 7pm Manila time daily. Include the link to the job, along with any special instructions to apply.
4. Payment will be done via Paypal on a weekly basis ($100/week).
5. After you apply I will give you two sample job ads. Read the job description and research the company as best you can. Then rewrite the cover letter I give you, and optimize the resume to fit the job description and company culture as closely as possible. You will receive $10 via PayPal to complete these two trial job ads.
6. You will receive all materials necessary to establish a good narrative in the cover letter including: past cover letters, resume, work samples, reference letters, LinkedIn account

Preference will be given to individuals with HR experience and/or experience in public sector/international development work.
