# Freelance Architectural Designer / Visualisation Specialist

**Project-Based Contract Role**

3D Constructions is a New Zealand building company specialising in high-quality residential homes, architectural builds, and rural lifestyle projects.

We are looking for a talented freelance designer to assist with the development of a new **Shed House Product Range** that will be marketed throughout New Zealand.

### What You'll Be Doing

Working from existing shed concepts and dimensions, you will:

* Create professional floor plan layouts
* Produce furnished floor plans
* Develop attractive exterior concepts and renders
* Apply different cladding options (Colorsteel, cedar, board & batten)
* Create elevations and perspective views
* Add landscaping and lifestyle elements
* Help develop modern, practical shed house designs

### Skills We Are Looking For

* Architectural drafting or design experience
* Strong floor planning skills
* SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Twinmotion, Photoshop, or similar
* Experience creating realistic renders and presentation-quality visuals
* Good attention to detail
* Strong English communication

### Ideal Experience

Experience with:

* Residential homes
* Lifestyle properties
* Rural architecture
* Shed homes
* Marketing brochures or concept presentations

### Project Details

* Freelance / project-based work
