About the Role
We're hiring a senior growth lead to take full ownership of how our creators get discovered, followed, and grown. This isn't a posting-and-scheduling job. You'll be the person responsible for building audiences from scratch and keeping our content reaching the right people consistently. Where others see "social media," you see a system — one that can be measured, tuned, and scaled.
What You'll Own
Audience Growth & Content Performance

Take initiative when a creator's numbers stall — investigate what's slowing reach, review the hooks and formats, and adjust the approach to get ---------- ntum back.
Stay close to the numbers. Track reach, retention, and follower growth to d ---------- where to focus your energy each week.

Content Direction & Storytelling

Shape distinctive, personality-led content angles for each creator — from clip-based formats to on-screen storytelling and relatable, audience-building hooks.
Run regular strategy sessions with creators, giving them clear, practical direction that goes well beyond a posting calendar and helps them build a real brand.

Coordination & Standards

Keep everyone moving in the same direction — make sure the content on social lines up with the wider goals of the team.
Hold creators to their commitments so you always have the raw footage and material you need to keep output high.

Agency Growth

Support the founders with the agency's own marketing — case studies, polished pitch documents, and helping position the agency as a leader in its space.

Who You Are

3–5+ years in influencer management, talent representation, or fast-paced digital marketing. You know how to turn a personality into an audience.
You understand human behaviour — what makes someone stop scrolling, click, and follow. You approach content like an experiment, not guesswork.
Genuinely comfortable with data. Spreadsheets and performance reports guide your decisions, and you care about real growth over vanity metrics.
A confident, direct communicator. You'll happily get on a call, tell a creator what isn't working, and walk them through exactly how to fix it.

How We Work

Hours: primarily GMT, 9am–9pm
Mindset: we care about results over aesthetics. We build brands that grow and perform.

Skills Test
Shortlisted applicants complete a short paid task:

Review a sample creator account and pinpoint the biggest thing holding back its growth
Put together a one-week content plan with hooks and content themes to address it
Write a short piece of feedback (4–5 sentences) you'd give that creator to improve
